JUPITER 1.0 is the high-performance H.263 Voice/Video signle chip processor that can be applied to various communication areas like remote surveillance or V2oIP (Voice and Video over IP).
This processor two 32bit RISC cores (ARM7TDMI), H.263 Video CODEC, G.723.1 voice CODEC, and peripheral devices necessary for system application.
JUPITER also offers the single chip solution that includes the video telephony application and H.324 protocol controller.
As for the programmable H.324 software, there are H.263 video CODEC, H.223 multiplex/demultiplex, H.245 MODEM protocol, etc. The G.723.1 voice CODEC is executed by the TeakLite, the DSP Core embedded into JUPITER.
In addition to Multiplexing and CODEC functions, JUPITER has equipped with the pre/post processor that support various display modes like video scaling, horizontal/vertical filtering, output interpolation, 16 color OSD and PIP(picture in picture).
